3.1 Service Scope

All services are customized based on client requirements. Final deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon through written communication, proposals, or contracts.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Written approval of the proposal
• Payment of the required advance or retainer

Dates are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Payments & Fees

• All prices are quoted in PKR unless stated otherwise
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

Additional costs incurred due to client changes or last-minute requests may be charged separately.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client cancellations must be submitted in writing
• Refund eligibility (if any) depends on the stage of planning and expenses already incurred
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or vendor payments already made

V&E Events reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or non-compliance with agreed terms. In such cases, fair adjustments will be made where applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Approve designs, layouts, and plans within agreed timelines
• Obtain necessary permissions, venue approvals, or licenses if required
• Ensure a safe working environment at the event location

Delays caused by incomplete or late client input are not the responsibility of V&E Events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Text
• Images
• Designs
• Logos
• Branding materials

are the intellectual property of V&E Events and may not be reused, reproduced, or modified without prior written consent.

Event photos or videos may be used for our portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Vendors

V&E Events may collaborate with third-party vendors such as florists, decorators, caterers, and technical teams. While we ensure professional coordination, we are not liable for failures caused directly by third-party vendors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• V&E Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by weather, venue restrictions, government regulations, or force majeure events
